Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Averill Mahjong. We aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not accept or ship international orders at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for U.S. orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free-shipping promotion or free-shipping threshold applies.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed.
During promotions, holidays, pre-sale periods, inventory transfer periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.
4. Carriers
We may ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other appropriate domestic carriers depending on package size, weight, destination, carrier availability, and operational conditions.
The final shipping carrier and service level are selected by us or our fulfillment partner based on the order and delivery address.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping address, recipient name, and contact information are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Delays
All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier-related transit delays, weather delays, operational disruptions, or events outside our control.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel, modify, or combine it.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, incorrectly fulfilled, or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
