Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Averill Mahjong. We aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not accept or ship international orders at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $120. Orders below $120 ship at a flat standard shipping rate of $9.95.
Shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed.
3. Order Processing Time
In-stock items:
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Pre-order items:
Pre-order items have different processing timelines. The estimated shipping date or shipping window for each pre-order item is clearly shown on the product page. Pre-order items will be processed after the item becomes available and inventory arrives at our fulfillment location.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the items may ship together when the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in your order confirmation.
4. Transit Time
After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, standard delivery within the United States takes 3-7 business days.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
In-stock items:
Most U.S. orders for in-stock items are delivered within 4-9 business days after the order is placed. This includes 1-2 business days for order processing and 3-7 business days for transit.
Pre-order items:
Estimated delivery for pre-order items depends on the shipping date or shipping window shown on the product page. After a pre-order item is shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes 3-7 business days.
6. Carriers
We may ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other appropriate domestic carriers depending on package size, weight, destination, carrier availability, and operational conditions.
The final shipping carrier and service level are selected by us or our fulfillment partner based on the order and delivery address.
7. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, recipient name, and contact information are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
9. Delivery Delays
The delivery times above are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel, modify, or combine it.
11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, incorrectly fulfilled, or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
